Capgemini had a good team culture and I enjoyed working there as I had the opportunity to climb up my carrer ladder.Ofcourse the managers arevthere to help at time of emotional or mental crisis.I applaud such managers and for being at the least concerned and allowing the employee to make their desicion.

irrespective of few managers and good work culture the office politics affect and the favourism had shown its own effect on me.when I mentioned about manager I was not comfortable or willing to work with.My requestz were not met due to deadlines.I respect that but not at the cause of repeated requests and at some point I understood the office politics

Company culture is again dependent on the type of work and the nature of people we work with. Overall my experience at Capgemini was good, but fewer opportunities to explore employees interests. Managers treat you like a slave, we need to do work of 3-4 people. Working with Capgemini killed my health, reputation and everything. They won't even give good feedback about us for joining in new company. They will ruin every chance of ur career. Think multiple times before joining. Incompetent leaders
