They hire so many people only for the bench, They don't really need people to work on the project, one of my colleagues is not working on any project for the last 2 years and there are so many people who are suffering in the same they are looking for a project. and there is too much politics in my team, it's too much because of the state some Bengaluru people don't like northern people.
