Dislikes

The manager's (Core Team Srinidhi) behavior is toxic and vindictive, creating a hostile work environment. He holds a grudge, retaliating against employees who voice their opinions and deliberately undermine the performance, often leading to unjust terminations. This conduct fosters fear, destroys morale, and cripples productivity. Furthermore, most of the employees who join the organization end up leaving for the same reason, resulting in a drain of trainers' efforts and a damaged reputation for the company. The company will not progress or achieve its potential until this manager is replaced with someone who fosters a professional, respectful, and collaborative work culture.
