The manager's (Core Team Srinidhi) behavior is toxic and vindictive, creating a hostile work environment. He holds a grudge, retaliating against employees who voice their opinions and deliberately undermine the performance, often leading to unjust terminations. This conduct fosters fear, destroys morale, and cripples productivity. Furthermore, most of the employees who join the organization end up leaving for the same reason, resulting in a drain of trainers' efforts and a damaged reputation for the company. The company will not progress or achieve its potential until this manager is replaced with someone who fosters a professional, respectful, and collaborative work culture. Immediate action is essential.

The Work enviroment gives you a postive vibes with a very good work management with flexible leads and manager with knowledge full work related trainings and skill full learnings,Work culture is too good very supportive staff /colleugues,Excellent Director who shares is fabolous journey of experierence and knowledge full of experience journey is unforgetable and lot more helpful. Overall a fabolous work enviroment organization (Which make you feel like family).
