He holds a grudge, retaliating against employees who voice their opinions and deliberately undermine the performance, often leading to unjust terminations. This conduct fosters fear, destroys morale, and cripples productivity. Furthermore, most of the employees who join the organization end up leaving for the same reason, resulting in a drain of trainers' efforts and a damaged reputation for the company.
