In Accenture we had a job security and work life balance is there. 13 years work experience in this organization I am not getting good package. I know very well about process knowledge so many hings I did for different projects for time savings and cost cutting like that. But there is no promotions and good yearly hike. There is no proper promotions and salary they whom work with full efforts. Good organization only but Management level some miscommunication and misunderstood. So hardly I decided to move somewhere...so my suggestion to job seekers don't wait when you getting promotions try some where. Finally on conversation happened with my team mate he is 24years old boy he advised me brother you have lots of knowledge and ideas, so try somewhere companies will pick you as manager. 2 before I started to apply for jobs how grace my Thampi that's started now I getting interviews position as a manager. Now my hope will increased to 1000 times better comparing last two week. So don't waste and wait like me... Team politics..Even if you don't want to be the part of it..you would be directly or indirectly. Employees should be treated equally. If somebody is giving their 100% they should be appreciated and promoted for their hard work..I guess HR should involve directly in this as this is main reason why people are leaving because they know fighting back will impact their career only..
