It completely depends on the project you are in. I had a very supportive manager and the work is very cool and huge changes to upgrade yourself into the latest technologies.

Dislikes

Payscale for the existing experience employee is quite low, but for newcomers, they used to give 100% per hike but existing people's salary is not up to the mark. Other than no issues.
