•Huge learning facilities •Good hikes and promotion for freshers through techleap program •Exam vouchers like AWS, azure, GCP etc •Work culture is bit better than other rival companies....not that toxic •Hybrid work environment

•Work life balance is bit worst, as we need to work 10+ hours, rotational shifts and working on weekends and holidays as I am from infrastructure/Operations domain •Obviously managers and leads shows favouritism and colleagues do cunning politics which common in every organisation • Most torture thing is even if it is nyt shift or mrng shift we need to go to office. I cannot say about entire accenture, but the project I am in is not great, i love the work though, but managers, I would have really appreciated them if everything was good, but they shout at us, keep restrictions on where to sit in office, whom to talk to, whom not to talk to, they make rules which they don’t follow, micro manage, sometimes they come to office to druuuunk, trust me they never cared about how we feel, they target people if they talk back, wife and husband report to each other, she covers for his mistakes, he promotes her instead of people who actually deserve to be promoted, they promote people they like, they discourage you infront of everyone and will never appreciate for the effort you put in, they will take your work credit, summary: all they do is target people under them so that they can grow. I Actually like about Accenture is , Its basically Task drive company. It is more focusing on the task rather than on the amount of time spending by the employee. But some times its hectic because we have to work for extended hours but for very few days.

Dislikes

There is one thing which is very bad that is giving KT to the freshers. Just think like it is there for name sake
