Dislikes

Accenture is a service based company with pretty good gender diversity and culture. Accenture Human Resource are pretty good, they listen and values our opinions. Accenture gives more preference to 15+ years of full-time education and it doesn't encourage distance learning education, unless he/she has an exceptional new skills. Accenture provides lots of trainings in terms of project specific and career development planning. Accenture gives pretty good money while hiring compare to salary hikes and perks....Read More

Accenture is not good for those who are hardcore SME's. unless it has a long term projects. if the project ends then the required a specific skill is must look for the different project were their is a vacancy, otherwise he/she has to wait in a Talent Pool (Bench) for couple of months, if waiting is extended then he/she looses the hike.
