Accenture is a service based company with pretty good gender diversity and culture. Accenture Human Resource are pretty good, they listen and values our opinions. Accenture gives more preference to 15+ years of full-time education and it doesn't encourage distance learning education, unless he/she has an exceptional new skills. Accenture is not good for those who are hardcore SME's. unless it has a long term projects. if the project ends then the required a specific skill is must look for the different project were their is a vacancy, otherwise he/she has to wait in a Talent Pool (Bench) for couple of months, if waiting is extended then he/she looses the hike.
