The way Accenture has structured the organization setup is what helps the employees most. Company remains well aware with the most recent and healthy trends for clients as well as employees and is eager to implement what suits right which makes it a standout from other IT companies.

I see less of a team framework here which itself can be beneficial for some and a negative for some.
