Accessibility for travel and poor transport facility, every dept is a company, you actually work for clients, appraisal bonus and promotions are terrible, the senior management have great work ethics on paper but thats missing in real life.

Post pandemic, Accenture is going back to its pre era and compelling people to office , lot of pressure no planning from leadership and manipulating pressuring to complete within a day or by hook or crook work on weekends etc just to please their higher ups. They are not considering the estimate provided and unccessarily trying to shorten the time which puts lot of pressure on team

In my project, it was nothing I liked at end but we started this Project with good on everything. Policies I can say are best thing I like about Accenture.

Dislikes

No promotions or appraisal to deserving. Forced to work for a senior position without getting compensated for it. I was getting paid for junior position for more than 2 years but was delivering all responsibilities of senior level which was equal to those which were working at senior level where they were getting paid for their position.

Nothing! worst place to work at as the Management sucks. This deserves 0 stars for everything. Toxic management no hike in last 3 years, in reality company is making profits but misguide us stating no profits. Logically if the company is claiming no profits for 3years continously its better to skip this company.

Everything! Mainly the hierarchy structure sucks, though you are in a TL position you and entry level associate will be doing the same work. Unsure of the logic behind this as the experience you have gained through years in other companies is of no use.

Company has sat and Sun off. Company has few good services like team outing and team lunch.

Multiple dislikes don't know if I can fit here 1) company has team outing and lunch but on paper. 1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements
