Ahmedabad office, in particular, is not a good place to work due to no food vendor availability, no transport facility, & very cramped seating (you can't focus if someone besides you is on a call, desks are right next to one another with no separation).

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Culture. They showcase that they have best culture but when it comes to your issues related to project like work is not as per your domain knowledge, your personal or reality or issues then nobody will listen to you and manager will call you to change your statement. Work life balance is just a statement here.

This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

Upskill training and opportunities to grow. I you can work beyond work hrs to give time in trainings you can learn many in demand technologies. Internal job changing options are there but that depends on what technology you are working.

Dislikes

Many projects have toxic work culture but HR is there to help if it's needed. Work culture completely depends on the project we are into. HR policies are Good though.
