Big MNC Office culture Not micro managing Good environment (office facalities and sitting) Job security

Job security, I know I've mentioned it in likes as well. But in my story, they layed me off by following a formal process which it doesnt makes it look like it was a layoff. My reviews scores were low or something like that should be there, as in WFH I wasnt kinda doing lot of work. Due to that they added me in a PIP, some improvement plan. It gives 4 weeks with 4 different tasks in ur field. Not satisfactorily completing the work will result in immediate termination. Now the thing is doesnt matter how much perfectly you do it, the manager will make a way to find a small flaw that wouldnt be in the task itself. It doesnt matter. Their work is to make you leave the company. It cant be helped once ur in that PIP Zone. My manager has already informed me that this is what its gona happen, so if u want u can give ur try but i suggest you better start looking for jobs outside. So this manager is the new one, my real team for 3 years, they make me leave and i was in bench for 1-2 days nd got new project. Now one else left tht team among old members, so i understand it was a made up thing by them so that they dont get to be questioned or asked anything. Also, when i newly joined my best manager was a different person, i was working great with him and he put me in different good spots and positions and made me involved in different activities. When he left cuz he'll now be in a higher position, this new person joined who was 💩 in managing team/work/people. And I didnt serve that person and team with their mentality well. So thats the, kinda backstory. Jan month 2024 was the period of me giving my PIP. They have lot of different enployees who goes thru it and result is same. They leave. They paid me salary of 3 months and few more covering some other stufs with a reliving letter mentioning nothing negative, its a normal letter. My HR said me to send a resignation mail to her and formally it'll be a smooth exit with my experience letter(reliving letter). So, Feb 1 was my LWD. I was already looking for job, before even i had this news. I secured a job and then in 2 weeks changed tht too. Im newly joined somewhere nd im seeing this as a good company. Will update soon or later of whatever. Thanks for reading. Other than that it was a good company. My team was in pune bangalore so no ones was at Noida, hence i did mostly everyday WFH.
