Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions. You will work closely with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your typical day will involve coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting CRM applications. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary enhancements to the CRM system.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Code, test, debug, and troubleshoot CRM applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary enhancements to the CRM system.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with CRM customization and configuration.

Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture.

Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems.

Familiarity with CRM security models and data migration strategies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

This position is based at our Pune office.
