Dislikes

Everything is to dislike here, no job security, management politics, no hike promotions, expect you to work 24*7 at lowest possible salary. Hiring people but not care about existing people.

Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming aracade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
