Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. Accenture is the worst company in terms of job security, they don't conduct talent outcome in a very genuine manner only depending on the supervisors opinion, employee communication is not performed and they do not value efforts given to them as they think they have many people to run their organisation. Each employee is not given equal value.

It's been more than 2 years, I'm working on same salary. Manager barely talks once a year that too just declare variable pay. No promotion as per experience. Provided very bad laptops. No activity from HR department for engagement.

Most of the projects are US based. And so, extending late hours are common. Though no shift allowance will be considered in most of the projects. Bad employee service. There is no proper portal to put employee service request. For name sake there is a portal, but no use most of the times.

They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .

Dislikes

Lack of interpersonal boundaries , lack of work-life balance , lack of availability and help from HR. There are a lot of projects to work on which allows you to have career change but you have little to no choice on the kind of project you would want to work on . The work culture is toxic and unpredictable .

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.
