Everything here depends upon the project you get allocated to. If you get a development project, then you will have good learning, future scope and also you can acquire good skills and get appraisals and hikes, if you contribute well in the project. But If you get a support project, you have to work continuously from 9 to 6 and sometimes longer times as well. Also there is no Learning and future scope. So, better try to get into a development project, enhance your skills, change projects, acquire good skills and switch to another company of you need very good hike. Some of my friends working in support project, there is no Learning scope. Better get placed in development project. And Sometimes, if you work more and they give more and more work and also, you have to do other unrelated work as well(sometimes). In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration.
