Accenture gives a good hike when you join.

It gives good hike when you join but after that they have only 0-6% annual appraisal for lower grade emlployees and it reduces at upper level. Overtime is there but it has lot of complicated policies and terms. Lot of trackers and tools are there which leads to delay in delivery sometimes.

Accenture BPO - They do excess hiring when a new project comes in and then release people on bench once transition is done, this is like throwing away people when their benefit is over. This is always the case in most of the deals
