For beginners work life balance is difficult to manage but after sometime you can manage easily.

Salary is not adequate for beginners. Sometimes there is huge work pressure. Lack of cooperation among employees.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

There is no bonding with management. The salary is decent but in Variable portion they are giving standard and less variable pay.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
