Thats my personal experience but it seems like females are unnecessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Regarding the Push API, my response didn’t fully address the nuances of ensuring that the API loop stops recursion. After conducting further research, I now understand that implementing a loop mechanism within the API is key to preventing recursion, ensuring that calls don’t repeat unnecessarily and overload the system. One area of improvement I believe Accenture could focus on is ensuring that interviewers consider the relevance of the questions they ask. In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration. While my profile and skills were in line with the role, certain out-of-context questions seemed to derail the interview process. However, since the interview, I’ve further refined my understanding of these areas, and I am confident in my ability to address such topics effectively. I switched to Accenture thinking that it'll have better work culture and the disappointment I had! I don't know how so many sub standard people are working here and how they got hired. I have had people with 14 years of experience ask me how to change the header color of a table on an email and ask me to format their emails. This is just an example. There are tens of such incidents with different people. My DU has been good, because the team was actually another company before which was acquired by Accenture. While I was working for my DU, from people perspective within team everything was good. Once I started working as a loaned resource, all the hell broke loose, the real picture of Accenture become evident. So many incompetent people!! So less proactive people and in this muck even the people who are driven lose their track and motivation because the higher management don't care much about the ground level....Read More

You get good learning opportunity if you get assigned to any long term project(hard to find). Application support projects are way better than application development as they have better work life balance.

The working culture is toxic. There is no work life balance. When people started moving out due to no promotions and appraisal since a year, Accenture started to move them to PIP. There is lot of internal politics.

Your daily work load + Promotions depend on the Delivery unit lead. People working 14-15 hours daily on a very tough project have also received 5-6% hikes while people who work 6-7 Hours in the same project without much inputs can earn upto 10-12% hikes, depending on their relationship with the delivery leads.

I don't like anything about Accenture while I was working for the project Verizon because of this project my thoughts for Accenture changed alot.

Dislikes

No job security along with long working hours with strict parameters which are not even achievable that is why resigning rate is way too high if we compare it with hiring. Out of 16 people batch only 2 to 3 people left after the training. The process is Verizon which is too worst to work. Please avoid if they offer you to work for Verizon.
