This is a story from Verizon floor in Vikhroli Campus. The ops team does not have a clue what they are doing. The ops managers are not capable of handling a simple escalation from client. They have to blame everything on the advisor, regardless of standing floor instructions they have given to the advisors which led to an escalation from client. Honestly, the ops and sr ops managers lack spine, they are and not capable of handling a team, forget about managing the floor. Team leaders and SME, both are scared of ops manager. Ops manager wants to save his own behind rather than take ownership of error commited. They would rather roam the floor to target females, than take a proper stand. The senior ops manager has reputation of targeting females for his fun. He is not bothered about wellbeing of employees. Overall its a bad atmosphere, full of stress and mental torture. It is one of the worst mncs you can choose to work for. Sucking the life out of the employees, they use employees as resources and do not at all care about the physical and mental wellbeing of the workers. It is so saddening and shameful that they fail to provide drinking water and expect the employees to visit the office for work in 45 degrees. Accenture also expects their employees to come to the office for work during communal riots too, saying in case any employee gets attacked physically or harmed, post that any action will be taken by the management....Read More

Job security is there u will get good perks overall it's average for the pay scale

Workload is too much and stressful what they pay doesn't justify for that work you do, no work life balance 10 hours or shift and traveling will take extra time too if you are a fresher and getting or getting a good pay which means 6-7 lpa for a BPO role only then you can consider
