Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.

High politics, no job security, Mannerless and useless higher level managers and team leads, no proper trainers, favouritism towards the employees who sugarcoat the managers.

Appreciation and appraisal are not based on performance and there seems to be bias. Incompetent management and leads causing issues to the employees in many ways.

Corrupt and dishonest management, if you speak even a word against your seniors then they will gang up against you and retaliate by putting extra scrutiny to your work from all sides and harass you mentally, personally and emotionally. No use complaining to the HR because they never respond and are instead working hand in hand with the management to suppress complaints against them. 10 hrs working, no bonuses, no promotions, nothing. Very good work culture with strong policies. Accenture really follow their values of inclusion, equal opportunities, platform to learn and grow, freedom of speech and integrity. Plathora of options for internal movement.

No market correction and limited increment. Skills are not considered for resource allocation to a project.

Mostly here are US shfit timings for the workers especially finance and accounts. No leverages or privileges for night shift workers. Even no allwences for shift

Lot of policies to uphold employees' interest. Good for freshers and early management levels for brand exposure

Low in transparency related to hike, promotion and benefits. Bad attrition and backfill management. No importance given to the existing talent. Bad retention of the talent.

I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.

Dislikes

First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.
