They hire me as contractor for CTSD project and I worked hard and gave my best in last 2 years but they didn't hire me as permanent employee even they always said to me that we will hire contractors after 6 month or 1 year as per ur work I did my best to get permanent employee even they didn't hire me and they said again and again wait for 12 months then Said after 18 months will hire you and when I completed my 18 months they said policy got changed will hire you after 24 months even then I Ok no worries and I worked at Accenture with full energy and hope that I will definitely get permanent employee but in my 23 month I got mail from my vendor that my contract time has been passed and my last working day will be in next month August 2024 even I was shocked and ask my manager he said that will do something but they don't do anything for me and I have to left my job and no one helped me even I gave my best for my project but in that project people behaviour are very bad no one have no manners how to talk and treat with the employee very very bad I will never forget my experience with Accenture CTSD project Specialy for Madhusudhan who is the manager and Sagar chandra,Geeta rajbhar they are very bad people their behaviour are very bad they always tried to Let out the people in this project so that the can live longer in that project...... And yes if I talk about my salary Even I didn't receive my salary yet it has been 2 months completed now I m calling, mailing from sept month but I didn't receive my salary and no one is helping me no one is giving reply on that that when I will get my salary even update with my manager also multiple times but he always same reply thet I will check....very very very bad company never ask anyone to join there or didn't think that you will get permanent employee even You give your best but they will always save there own money and job not your job. Accenture is a good company but it depends upon the project and the project head you want to work under. The new Project head ruined the culture, making managers as puppets and treating employees as labours.

Work Place, Ambiance is Good. People's are cooperative and very professional.

Dislikes

They Lay off employees if the employee is unable to clear the assessments. Extremely high expectations and Target's in up selling. It's not purely customer service but basically a sales work that conduct customer service. Some people keep grudges (senior's) due to that it's really hard to work professionally.

Lot of politics No hike Targeting and torturing One of the worst company I worked. I was not allowed to put I papers down and was let without any support. Worst management and HRs. Never join for the name sake of the company. You life, career and health will be destroyed

Job is not secure. If a project gets ram-down then your job is on risk. And you were expected to search for a new project or role by your own. No HR or anyone comes for any assistance or help. This should be improve and role search and secure should be handled by HR or management only.
