Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy peopleโs to switch the organisation.

They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .
Lack of interpersonal boundaries , lack of work-life balance , lack of availability and help from HR. There are a lot of projects to work on which allows you to have career change but you have little to no choice on the kind of project you would want to work on . The work culture is toxic and unpredictable .

Kanika Saini and Yogendra Srinivas too 2 lacks to approve Probation since it was very worst experience with Accenture, I never expected this kind situation in Accenture, all saved money took by both of them... Since they have a group and they plan nicely all together took money and took release from project and moved to New project,she made around 20 lacks from team.. she always like who gives costly gifts and who invites her for good restorants ... The moment your boss understands that you're an agreeable & intelligent person, your life becomes misery. They will put all the load on you and keep telling you to wait until you hit their "MAL" requirements for the next level. For people they have good relationships with, or those that could be an attrition case, there's no MAL requirement. These people can be promoted as soon as required. The company thrives on overselling crap to clients like genwizard and myconcerto which costs millions of dollars but is mostly built of the same splunk that the client generally has already ๐๐ Then there's the non stop nonsense about business value to clients. Idc surveys say that Accenture fails to deliver industry knowledge or business value. Most of their cutting edge thinking lags what clients are already doing in the industry. They provide good amount of trainings and certifications, their book portal you can find thousands of e books from good authors are available
Thats my personal experience but it seems like females are unnecessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( ๐ and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

The overall work culture and the ability to say "no" to your leadership is possible
Your daily work load + Promotions depend on the Delivery unit lead. People working 14-15 hours daily on a very tough project have also received 5-6% hikes while people who work 6-7 Hours in the same project without much inputs can earn upto 10-12% hikes, depending on their relationship with the delivery leads.
