People who want to grow at fresher's phase must not join this company, they keep you waiting and sitting for almost a year, then you get to do a job and learn, it's a very monotonous steady job for freshers! Also their abacus tool and PMO team assigns project to ppl who aren't interested in that and ones who are, simply sits waitingfor opportunities, so there's some serious repairing and reengineering that needs to be done in there....Read More

I was among some unfortunates who got tagged to 7 projects in two months, the schedulling team really needs some repairing while allotting a project. And I being a fresher was again n again rolled off, rolled in in these projects, it wasted almost 3 month

Work life balance suffers depending on project, most of the managers lacks management skills and knows only to threaten lower employees to get work out of them, but these are not Accenture enforced laws but manager enforced for personal gain

You may lose passion if you are really intersted to your job,good ideas are not appreciated but adding innovation to word ideas and claiming it as innovative ideas these kind of guys can survive here,
