1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus.
2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus
(temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

Likes: Nothing.. All words and no action.. Whatever lucrative promises they make is a trap. Dislikes: No work-life balance, skills not valued only people working here for generations will be given preference when it comes to promotion or variables, people in the higher management treat employees as bots and not as resources.l, people unaware of the process are running the process etc.
