High politics, no job security, Mannerless and useless higher level managers and team leads, no proper trainers, favouritism towards the employees who sugarcoat the managers.

Bad middle management. People who are not even lead level are managers here . You will not be recognised even when the client has rave reviews about you . There is something fundamentally gone wrong with Accenture recruitment and promotions .50:50 is fine but make sure that it is a credible 50:50

Everything depends on Project and Management. Accenture policies are not being implemented by Leadership and Management, hence there is no work-life balance and benefits even like getting compensated for weekend support or 16hr of overtime. Management Politics are commonly seen.

Worklife balance and culture is good and lot of celebration of festival and team outings too done at FP&a profile . So its a mixed environment.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and bonus part is concern here there is too partially on it and only favouritism will get all the hikes , the hard working will suffer just by saying that better luck next time.

Good learning curve. Good use cases at times which makes way for knowledge growth.

Dislikes

Appraisals and Promotions are random. Less deserving people are promoted. People who are leading even their seniors and delivering complex projects by taking complete ownership are not given promotion. Incentives for hard work is minimal. Something else apart from MERIT drives promotions here.

I would say this whole-ly depends on the client and the team you end up in. The people you work with on a daily basis, the developers you interact with, the testers and POs. In terms of work ethic and deliverable quality, I feel I work with the best minds in this team, and that makes me want to become and push my skillset.

The team you work with, work life balance goes in a shambles. Zero Socializing, teams meets, anything that isnt work, doesnt have space on the calendar of the team i work in. Been with this current client of mine for close to 2 years and i haven't met anyone from the team, other than knowing what they sound like, i have no clue about them. Being paid in peanuts, not meeting people, weekends are workdays at times. It kind of starts to get to you, but at times it feels like everyone is going through the same and we cant complain. on they are also reducing the team size by more than 50% stating budgeting issues? which from an employees perspective doesnt make sense....Read More
