Work life balance is great. Great work culture. They provide good appraisals.. mid year corrections to help level up the employee pay. LGBT has a great support. Best place to work for women.

Dislikes

When I was hired there was this pay scale concept...and that gave me a slight hit on my take home. However later they compensated with mid year corrections. So my request would be, try not to hurt the older take home of the employee, may be you could offer the same as there are people who would just like to associate with Accenture anyhow however also would not want to take a cut on the pay they were already receiving in their earlier job....Read More
