Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would like to share my experience with Infosys BPM, particularly regarding the work-life balance, which I found to be quite poor. Despite having a positive interview experience, I would strongly advise against joining Infosys due to its lack of job security and disregard for employee well-being.

With over 6 years of experience working with international clients, I had previously been employed at Cognizant, where I worked on a Google project. I received a call from Infosys, passed their interview, and was asked to join immediately. Since Cognizant had a 90 days of notice period, I opted for a buyout, paid three months’ salary, and left on August 8, 2024, to join Infosys the next day, August 9, 2024. After undergoing 3 months of training, I was assigned to the night shift (9:00 PM to 6:15 AM), but due to health reasons, my doctor advised against working at night. I informed the Infosys management and HR about my situation, but they were unempathetic and instead asked me to resign. Despite my repeated attempts to explain my health concerns, they eventually succeeded in terminating my employment.

The effort I put into paying for the buyout and transitioning from Cognizant to Infosys was disregarded, and I was let go. Now, I find myself unemployed and seeking better opportunities.

I urge anyone considering joining Infosys to reconsider, as this company does not prioritize employee health or job security, and it could have a harmful impact on your career.
