Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Not at all a good company to work with. If you still join the company do not keep any kind of expectations from the company.Do not take cab facility it's a worst service provided by IGT it takes you from your door step but it pick you up by 3 or 4AM in the midnight if you have 6 AM login. Bathroom is also very small canteen is also small canteen don't even have basin or sink to wash hands after the meal. They told that will provide petrol money to those who come self and don't take cab facilities suddenly later after months they said will not give Petrol charges. For OT as well they paid very late after complaining by so many employees. While the time of interview it was not told target based work later they started asking to complete target and get CSAT on calls all that shit. Break is also fixed as per the system only you need to take the break if missed so no perticular missed break. There are many more to say but I will stop here only it's not a company we can relay on not a reliable place to work.
