Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Guys- I never believed the reviews below of ex-employees until now. Radical Minds is a terrible place to joined. I have seen 1 piece of cooked rice and understood the whole plate of it. The Senior HR is terrible. He was Rude, Forceful, and Misleading and He abused his junior HR and his team. I mean This level of abuse that POSH might have ended his career. His name is Bhuvan. and I am never joining Radcal Minds again. Thank god He showed his true colors before joining. He was Forcing me to join within 2 days. And I have been mentioning that every DECENT company give 15 days to relocate. But he was worried about HIS PIPELINE and HIS MONEY. You guys can Imagine how much worse the environment they maintain. Soo Guys- Trust on 2 to 3 ratings. and Move on with some other company.
