Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I advise to employer that if you think that if a candidate is not suitable or not qualified for the role then why you were being sticked to that lengthy interview process. I had given 4 5 rounds after managing for laptop by going 150 kms and in the manager round they asked to work as a different role in which I didn't have any experience so they had rejected me. Poor process of interview

Looking for at least 7 lakhs per annum

Let me start with this. I have done a hotel management course and got placed at IGI airport as a Guest service officer (Front office) where I was getting just 17k per month and after 9 months i resigned. Then I got the opportunity at one of the BPO- ienergizer as an executive agent and my initial salary was 26k per month. I thought it was a good hike and i joined this bpo. Now it's been almost 5 years of experience and now I am a quality analyst where I am getting 40k per month. Now I am not satisfied with my job it's kinda boring. My interests are more into the finance sector and I don't know what should be the best path where I can get 12 lakhs per annum within 1-2 year. I am ready for anything like improving my skill set and all. I don't know how to approach other companies with my current skill set as there are some companies when they see that guy is working in the bpo sector they just reject my cv. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD BE BEST APPROACH FROM HERE.

If you're reading this, it means you are in search of a job, be it your passion or regarding your situations.

After joining in this company, I realised one thing. Happiness doesn't comes with the increase in your CTC nor even in the extra benefits. It always lies in the work that you love to do. Never ever feel inferior, or depressed by thinking what others are actually thinking about you (especially your current position in life). But remember, it's not them who make you happier. It is you.

So, when you're going to give an interview, just be hopeful and confident. During the interview process, just make sure your seating position is comfortable. Then take a deep breath and relax your facial muscles. Then understand the question clearly that are asked by the interviewer, and then speak out without fumbling. There's no need to hurry up like you're a superfast express, just stay calm and speak out clearly.

That's it, it shows your compassion and confidence, which might end up in taking the offer that you're willing to.

Be confident. Confidence is the key.
Try maintain an eye contact with the interviewer. Greet the interviewer with a smile. They asked me about my past job experiences and why did I quit. What was my profile and analysed me whether I really have any idea about the job profiles. Being from a different academic background why I chose to work in a voice process.
