General Tips: This job interview is one thing I would remember for long time and that is why I am gladly here to share my interview experience. Here we go...

In the month of April when weather start taking a turn, summer is there ariund the corner and winter is almost gone, and this asks us compete change in our life style. To make this change count more we want make every possible change in our life.
I way looking for a job change for a quite few times but was not sure about the job opportunity. Time was passing rapidly till this date of April.

On one week off my work which fell on weekdays (Tuesday), I was chilling at my rented 2bhk flat with other friends; we were total four friends. Among the friends, me and another friend were already working while remaining two friends were looking for a job.

In the afternoon I happen to know that one of my friend have the interview appointment at nearby consultancy. We were/are close friends and so always go out together. He (my friend) has already booked the uber to go to consultancy antcipitaing that I will surely give him my company and truley so. I have no option but to go to consultancy with friend so that he could feel easy.

We were in the lobby area with all other job aspirants waiting for start of the interview rounds.
One consultancy agent came and ask, who all are here for 'one company name' interview. Most of them including my friend was there for that company only and so the procedure for their interview started.

I was sitting quietly and feeling excited by seeing so many people participating in interview. All of sudden, one consultancy agent approached me and asked if I am for the concetrix (process name) interview. Immediately I replied, yes. I am here for that interview. There was no better way to pass the time there than actually participating in interview. Here starts my unintentional interview rounds...

Written test : I was asked to write my thoughts on the topic "What will you do if you become billionare". This one topic was actually kicking me. Like, can is really become billionare one day :) wait it was just a topic to write and clear the interview. Time to write diligently rather than day dreaming.

I started writting about the philonthropic work i would do and social upliftment and everything whcih sounds good for the goodness of society, written everythinv in detail. I submitted my paper and so was asked to wait outside for the written paper result.

I reached to the lobby (waiting area) to get settled myself so that I can wait sitting there without much inconvenience. I was in the process of finding one chair for myself in lobby area to settle but some one shouted my name. He was consultancy agent. He reached to me. He told me that I had cleared written exam and be ready for the grammar and some other kind of English language test.

Well things were going very smoothly and in rapid pace. I was given the question paper consisting three pages with many questions.
I started attempting those questions and found them quite average question (difficulty wise) and easy to pass the test and so did I. I passed the English language test and now it was turn for the typing test. In the mean while my friend to whom with I came for the interview has already left the consultancy after not being able to clear the first round. And this made me more determinded to clear the interview to ensure at least one of us get selected.
Typing test usually involves 2-3 attempts ti pass. Consultancy agents give you more chances if you miss the testvtarget marginally. But for me, it was one time affair. Typing test done and cleared.
Now, the main hurdle for me was to pass the telephonic round (operations round) which also was the last round. I was told to wait in a cabin where no other was allowed to enter, and expect a call. After a few minutes a lady interviewer called me and those are the moments when I felt do or die :)

Woohoo!! I was just informed that I have cleared all the accessments and to wait for the offer letter.
I thought this wait would just like all other waits I have gone through earlier during interview but it was hours of wait. But who really care when you know you are selected.

It was late 1am when I got my offer letter. It was so late in the night that I could not go to my room by public transport and making the condition worse I was not carrying a smart phone by which I could book a ola or uber. But then came my provisional HR to rescue me. He immediately booked the cab for me (as he mostly do for the selected candidates). I was on the seventh clound through out the way back to my room.

My friends already came to know about this selection and so there were waiting for me to join the party.
