There was virtual Interview at 12:00PM but Interview secession was started on 2:30PM after that 1 st was HR round I have cleared and 2rd round with a manager Harish Kannan Human Resources – Recruitment team .
he asked about my self and my family background and I answered all questions he asked that why u want to go with voice process so I answered as genpact is good company so I want to start my career with it and voice process is good and dynamic streem in which I get to learn many things like i can gain experience in communication and team player so he said we have not opened any coaching center to train everyone sorry we can't hire u and said u can leave we will go through other associates thank. As per the norms of company genpact is the company where they will give training of 6 months to associates according to the requirements and software handling. Many of my friends have been working there and they have joined in genpact as a fresher only team trained them form 0 .As it was the vacancy for fresher 0 .The recruiting team is not good .
