Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Well, I dont know how this company selects candidates. They planned a walkin in Noida site. It was miserable condition during the interview. The company didnt bother as the candidates were standing outside in the sun waiting for their turn..No water, no sitting arrangement, just bullshit. Then after 2 hours, they sent a rejection list. And I was there is rejection list, probably I have industrial experience also. Its shame to civil candidates when they are rejected due to this reason. Thankfully I was rejected, dont want to be part of such company.
