The only thing I like here is that my batchmates are all like family to me. They are the only reason I am still working here or else I would have left this place long time ago.

...fe balance...no leaves. It becomes toxic at some point of time. No job security. They just treat you like they own you for the salary they pay you. So much restrictions and ughhhh........in short... just avoid BPOs. :')

Everything is fantastic in our branch. I like the infrastructure and career & growth opportunities the most in TP.

... be provided for everyone. Specially for those, who are working in night shifts. And pay scale isn't that good here in our branch. As compared to other cities.

I like the job security .Because it Secure the employee at any Situation company passes.so I like this thing much.

I am disappointed with the salary they provide less salary to employee they have to increase our salary . I join this company 2 year and still I do not received high salary.so this thing disappointed to me.

No benefits are given as promised by the company like relocation bonus, accommodation,referral amount.even though you can take 2 days leave you are not allowed to do so. They Forced you to work in one of the week offs. Too much work assigned due to less people. Extra time work.. Appraisal amount not on time.even after 3 years of hard work not get promoted. Favoritism exists inexplicitly

I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

Offered salary was very low as compared to market and other companies. Lots of politics for promotions.
