...entire Mohali office hiring has been done on lowest payscale. Its clear picture. They should have compensated us with atleast one month salary but what they did was played bitterly by telling that the performance was not up to the mark. Worst company ever.

...are not cooperative, and grievances were not resolved, No work life balance.. 9.5 hours of work and salary less than of a peon in government job.

No issue with Salary and even they supported their employee amid pandemic and still supporting. No work pressure as per my experience .

I understand they provide best salary in Chandigarh Tricity as compared to other BPO bit still needs little hike. Otherwise everything is ok..Might be I am looking for more because of my family condition . But they provide best package if you compare with other company in Chandigarh Tricity .

There is no job security. They will give chance to perform well for certain time but no matter how well or hard you try and give your best, the only thing that matters is the reviews and ratings given by customers they judge you on that.

*There is no option to change the process for instance, you are working in domestic process and want to move in international, there is no option. As per policy, resign from domestic and wait for 90 days then only you are eligible for another process. *Dont be loyel with company as I spent 2.5 year with TP and due to some medical issue I resigned. Now they demand ₹13635 for releasing my experience latter.
