They always pay high ammount salary based on your skills and also you have to get yearly appraisal on your performance. On there policy guideline you have to plan your leave and maintain your life balance, you have enough space.

In every work station has many dislike things beside all goods. If company looks there and development this then TP run up to top MNC in India. Some dislike things i noticed - 1. Not providing Cab facility for male employees. 2. PLI added in CTC 3. Take long time to job promotion & has so many criteria for this. Etc...

No Job Security, Worst Company, Organization don't care about employees, only if you compromise the monthly salary means okay, but dont expect anything from this company, they need only work, worst clients are tie uped, don't understand your situations, family, personal life, you need to scarify the personal emotions to work this company. One of the worst MNC company, Branded only MNC, but management like act as local shops. Very worst management. Don't waste your time to join, try some other good MNC companies.
