Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

...w my experience is superb amazing, office atmosphere and everything is awesome.. If we talk about salary, career growth, promotion everything is easy to move.... Nice. 🥰

...leperformance 2 year to 5 year employee workers there are no growth in progress. In salary also there is no growth 😔 hope so please grow up the salary it's humble request 🙏

Helping environment, behavier of managers, I like the certificate distribution system. As a fresher I invested my time at good place. Celebrating fastivals on working day as well. I lived far from my family and on the fastivals i never missed them because I had become a family member of this teleperformce team. My team leader (sajjad sir) the way he made us understand things, no one can do. I am missing those days now and regreting why did I leave the organization.

...believe if you give two off in a week so employees won't leave the organization. Many people left the organization because they thought that there are only 4 week offs in a monthand salary is too less as well. But you give 8 week offs in a month in this salary, everyone wants to part of this organization.
