Salary used to come on time. 😂😂 that too with lot of deduction because of late attendance rectification.

It is the worst company i have ever worked with. I joined teleperformance indore for second time bt the experience was terrible i coudnt bear it so i left it again. Higher authorities are very supportive bt the problem is that they dnt knw what is going on at floor level. Internal politics in management level is the worst part.

...om TLs and Supervisors. You have to keep on roaming on the floor for support. 2. Do not change the process on management's recommendation, they will say they will increase your salary but they don't. They just require your skills for pilot processes.
