Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

Company was too good in terms of working environment. I got supportive and friendly colleagues as well as supervisors there.

Dislikes

As i said above that i was quite happy with the working environment but i completely disappointed with the salary structure ( in terms of in hand salary ) as well as i wasn't happy with delay in the over time payment. This overtime payment delay and the less in hand salary was the main reason for which i left that company.

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics

Everything, except of salary on time , the work culture, work life balance, work load everything was ridiculous, they extend shifts 2 hours and in the name of overtime 100rs they provide fr 1 hour, very disappointed with TP

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

Working days which is 5.5, i used to work in norton which is premium process, they should at least provide 5 days working like all other premium processes do

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.
