What i really don't like about the tp is that they treat their employees very badly they can't see how hard the person is trying but they've always try to feel them that they are terrible at their job they should've respect them and this is my major reason to leave the Teleperformance. They even don't understand any kind of situation the employee is going through. They even don't understand and consider the medical emergency . Teleperformance needs to change the way of treating their employees and atleast consider medical problems . Regards Ritu.

...es are supportive and the management is transparent. Thêre is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every Year

Surrounding was good some off staff was very supportive over all its good to work with teleperformance

Salary date if the salary date coming on holiday that time its postpond ,salary package was bot good compare as other bpo, every month the salary was little bit less more so

I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

Offered salary was very low as compared to market and other companies. Lots of politics for promotions.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career
