Pressure is less then other organisations.

Dislikes

I wont suggest anyone to work here there is no job security and no compensation when process is ramping down on top of that they will ask you to work for them another 2 months just to get your relieving and experience certificates.

Feels good at the starting but eventually you feel to leave the company

Dislikes

No monthly insensitive. Yearly bonus that too depends on performance. No fun activities even in big festivals like Diwali Christmas new year. No Diwali gifts. Don't join

Dislikes

Too much work load as compared to the salary. Need to be in office prior 30 minutes of shift start time and should be logged in on all the applications. And need to log out at the accurate shift end time and during the period if you get work hitted at the last minute of your log out time you must extend until it gets finished. No compromise. Hence, the company is facing more attrition issue.

Unsatisfied to work with capita, not getting deserve salary and also not have a appreciation and awards for hard work , no proper bonus and increment, over all no value for Backoffice employee's in the company, no growth and also they have not given suitable job profile/role for backend/back office employees.

...anagement just thinks about business and does not work on employee satisfaction. Pay is very less compared to the work and management expectations. You won't get bonus and the incentive amount is just peanuts. 3k for outstanding performance can u beat that? Overall there's no work satisfaction and you'll curse yourself to work in this company
