...f you do well in first months of your tenure. Afterwards it stops for few years. Salary is just below minimum pay. Below band 5 ( AM or TM), there is appraisal so don't expect. No tools used, nothing new happens. Ops run at minimum requirement software and hardware.

Everything except few people at my level and rock solid job security. Because at 3.8k CTC they won't find a good wfm analyst anyways

UK shifts. Policies are geared towards ensuring employees are benefitted. Flexible around WFH scenarios. Stress free environment.

Salary structures are still way behind when compared to other companies that have similar client base or similar work types especially for agent level. Even though it is designed to be fair the fact that an external assessment happens for certain IJPs is detrimental as for certain supervisory roles the work done in expanding business through the year goes to waste

...agement to company policies. They hide things. Change policy as per their needs. Salary cut.. Hike wasnt given for a year citing covid expenses. However every thing was in their favour. They made profits from employees salary. And the upper management kept it for themselves

...system to work from home. Management fail to manage and deliver systems on time. How can billion dollar organisation do cost cutting by forcefully saying organisation is green exit or red exit and have to resign in such a situation.

Company management should be loyal and behave and continue communicate with team mates. Employee work hard to meet target spend minutes, hours, months n years to set business flow as usual to maintain reputation in market. How can you cutoff experience employment in current pandemic situation. It was hard to believe that by spending years in organisation and all those hard work comes to an end like nightmare

Nice work culture with lot of opportunities and Nice people around. You should definitely have that experience. You really get to develop your skills here. No doubt about it.
