This is start up company. I was assigned as a customer delight manager but after one month I was assigned as a account manager. Co founder Sukriti many times supporting me. I have play many role and responsibilities.

In Zoozle many things happened uncertain. Like a fired a employee and my salary taking much less few months. Two months salary also not given end of the process I came into front of them to ask my job is secured or not . They said search new job

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
