My experience with Zollege has been absolutely terrible. The so-called "Sales Heads," Kalpana and Saumya, walk around as if they are the greatest of all time (GOAT), but in reality, they are the **dumbest characters of all time (DCOAT)**. These two act like they own the company, demanding employees in their team to constantly flatter and butter them up. If you don’t engage in their sycophancy, they will team up and get you kicked out of the company. This organization thrives on **unethical practices**. Their parent company, Collegedunia, collects data from one source and uses it fraudulently with universities and colleges. To all university and college owners: **beware of Zollege**. They only want to exploit your money by making false promises about delivering admissions, which they fail to fulfill. Kalpana and Saumya themselves lack basic skills or competence. They both are such a loosers for this organisation. They are just there to take good salaries but don't know how to run the organisation profitably.They only favor those who blindly praise them. They'll offer you a job within a week, asking you to relocate to Gurgaon for training. 3. They'll claim to provide no transportation, food, or travelallowances, leaving you to bear the costs (around ₹25-30k). 4. Once you've invested in travel and accommodation, they'll reveal their true intentions. 5. They'll withhold your salary for 3 months, expecting you to work without training period compensation or expenses. 6. its a fraud company,they hired employees and ask to come gurugram office after 6 days training they say to resign as they are not fit for the job and dont provide the expenses and salary both..i think this company should be banned and too much unethical and unprofessional practices happening there. it should be highlighted.

This company is fraud. They asked me to come gurgaon office for the training purpose neither they claimed reimbursement for the food and travel expenses. One day from the central team Mr. Arif come and tell us if you don’t pass this training then you’ve to leave this, he was completely rude. My interviews was aligned by the Mr. Tarun (HR), he’s one of the bestest HR I have ever met, too cool and ambitious, a complete gentleman. I only liked some policies of the company which required salary to come on time.

Dislikes

I didn't like the policy here at all. The team leader was very manipulative. She even suggested changing companies and threatened that if anything happened to her, she would get all of us fired. She made us do all the work, from reports to lead distribution, and didn't do anything herself. If we asked her anything, she would scold us.
