The job was quite difficult in starting phase, Because of night shift but some time later when we stable to manage night shift, everything has on their own way.

Nothing as of now..management is sick ...they promise but they can't pay

Dislikes

Management people are worst, they only give jazz..they say we have unlimited incentive but they do not give. They are now putting agents on PIP who are on papers already and hardly left couple more days with organization. I will not recommend a security guard as well there.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The company doesn't give growth to the employees. Incentives structure should be revised.i hv been working with the organisation from past four years have always achieved my target but when it comes to growth i have never given a opportunity.
