Incentives structure should be revised.i hv been working with the organisation from past four years have always achieved my target but when it comes to growth i have never given a opportunity. Nothing as of now..management is sick ...they promise but they can't pay

Dislikes

Management people are worst, they only give jazz..they say we have unlimited incentive but they do not give. They are now putting agents on PIP who are on papers already and hardly left couple more days with organization. I will not recommend a security guard as well there.
