There is nothing I can like and literally thats the worst company anyone can work with .

This is pathetic ,they run a scheme they offer you ctc and pay u for training salary and main part of ctc is incentive which they caption as "MPI &OPI" thats the biggest way they make you fool 2.They dont care of your domain may be you will be hired for financial analyst but due to company requirements you may forced to change domain such as : Hr, voice call, mail answering or much worst then that 3.There is one guard who roams around the working area and note down names for crimes like :talking to next person,found sleepy/inactive (not actually sleep) 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.No job security any foolish rule like :talking to next person or not feeling feel so feeling inactive ,you are directly fired</mark> You can not even laugh or interact Many of us for months don't know name of the person who is next to us Never ever go for this one If you feel joining this please comment your name with mobile no I will contact you and help you with more insights...Read More

Incentives used to be the only thing good about this company but now they have removed the incentive scheme as well. So, nothing good left to mention.

Everything. 1. No work life balance and night shifts. As per company policy u can apply for shift change after completing atleast 3 years but once you apply for shift change, u need to wait for 2-3 years to forever for approval. 2. Insane management. They treat the employees as Robots. They will call a employee for training at 5pm whose shift starts at 11pm and still the person has to complete his whole shift. U can't even extend your break for more than 1 hours. 3. Tremendous work pressure. Unrealistic ETAs and if you couldn't meet the ETA error will be reported which will get deducted from your salary. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No job security at all</mark>. In every 2 years you will be part of the layoff or will witness a massive layoff. 5. Leave are a joke here. Total 16 PTOs per year. No paid sick leaves. Only 5 days paternity leave. And for maternity u will get paid after 3 months of rejoining. I can write a book about the cons but it is of no use as you will still join the company after reading this because of the job scarcity. Only the salary package but the salary they pomise they will include variables in it and ultimately salary will decrease. Night shif allowance is good

Everything else. Job security is worse. If i had an option of marking negative i would have done that. They suddenly might call you and tell you that " your service is not required" and sac you . they will hold the salary of that month and will tell you that you would receive it after 90 days. Is that even legal? They dont even think if the employee is having EMIs how to pay off EMIs if they hold the current month salary. Pathetic Companny to work with. I didn't liked anything at all. And you can see many people from HR team has given 5 rating, they are fake. They are their own marketing people. For the first 3 months you will be appraised for every work even if you haven't done it and then they will make you cry. There is no work timing here. They will say it's 9 to 6 but intact it will be 9 to 7 or 8 timings. Don't get recruited here. They don't hire on the basis of your qualifications....Read More

All of sudden without any prior notice they will just fire you. No humanity left. Zero job security. Even though you are giving your best in a most unexpected way they will remove you. Due to inflation in US they started laying off the employees. To avoid the actual scenario they just gave a reason that your service is no longer required. Very very disappointed. Salary. Bonus which they have also stopped from this year 2022. Direct communication with the Management.

No job security. No work and life balance. Not approving planned holidays. Sandwich leaves policy. Salary on 7th of every month. I hate there floor policy to sit alone and no conversation from the colleagues at all In night shift only boys. No Transport facilities.
