Extra working hours in training periods. Unprofessional behaviour by management to lay off people.. Unwillingly changing the teams.

Incentives used to be the only thing good about this company but now they have removed the incentive scheme as well. So, nothing good left to mention.

Everything. 1. No work life balance and night shifts. As per company policy u can apply for shift change after completing atleast 3 years but once you apply for shift change, u need to wait for 2-3 years to forever for approval. 2. Insane management. They treat the employees as Robots.They will call a employee for training at 5pm whose shift starts at 11pm and still the person has to complete his whole shift. U can't even extend your break for more than 1 hours. 3. Tremendous work pressure. Unrealistic ETAs and if you couldn't meet the ETA error will be reported which will get deducted from your salary. 4. No job security at all. In every 2 years you will be part of the layoff or will witness a massive layoff. 5. Leave are a joke here. Total 16 PTOs per year. No paid sick leaves. Only 5 days paternity leave. And for maternity u will get paid after 3 months of rejoining. I can write a book about the cons but it is of no use as you will still join the company after reading this because of the job scarcity. I didn't liked anything at all. And you can see many people from HR team has given 5 rating, they are fake. They are their own marketing people. For the first 3 months you will be appraised for every work even if you haven't done it and then they will make you cry. There is no work timing here. Really bad work environment. The worst experience till date. If you are thinking that it will become any better, you are mistaken. You are made to work extra everyday and also on the weekend, if you say no, you will get error hits that will result in salary reduction. There is a watchman on the floor to check that there is pin drop silence. No one is allowed to talk to each other even during the night shift. And if you are caught talking, a error hit is applied. Even for work from home if you are away from your computer for a minute, the software will trigger an alert and you will get a hit. I mean it's basically jail like environment....Read More

They play the game of hire and fire with the careers of their employee. Every Tuesday they hire employees. If you have a good fortune then you may not get fired but survival in this company is again no less than a thing of misfortune. They set unrealistic production goals and expects you to complete them in 8 hours which is not possible. You will have to stretch your shift daily and not just that you will have to give them the report of each and every minute you spent in a daily status report. The most annoying thing about this organization is is that they do not value their employees, HR rules over everything. Right to speak is everything that an Indian holds but you cannot speak to your fellow college or anybody while you are in the office. Guards roam around and monitor your every move. If you are caught talking, HR action will be taken with a warning letter. You cannot bring your cell phone<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They ask you to keep it in the locker, so in case if there is a family emergency, you will get to know about it either in the break or after your shift</mark>. The work culture is so pathetic that you will feel like you have been punished for something. They fired an employee just because he carried a cell phone which was on switch off mode in is pocket. His mistake was he forgot to keep the phone in the locker. That person got fired for breaking this HR policy. If you badly need a job, then join this and leave the company at the right time otherwise do not join this company at all. I hope they make their policies flexible....Read More
